Now, that the weather is turning cool and the leaves on the trees are changing; I have been thinking about hot apple cider and Carmel apples. I have created a card using a digital stamp from Stretch N' Bubbles called 'Dot Cups.'

You can purchase both 'Dot Cups' for $3.50 over at Stretch N' Bubbles here.

This card below was created back in Jauary. I used a solid stamp and a Kaleidacolor ink pad (Blue Breeze).

You've got a friend in me
When the road looks rough ahead
And you're miles and miles
From your nice warm bed
You just remember what your old pal said
Boy, you've got a friend in me
Yeah, you've got a friend in me

Timeless Style

It is time for another MyGrafico Challenge! This week's challenge #70 was to create a project using the Clocks and watches by Sara Paris & Cross Hatched paper by Woofy World.

I printed the large clock out on transparency and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Then, I inserted an antique brad in the center. I then colored the pocket watch using watercolored pencils. Did you notice the copper mesh? I had the mesh sitting around in my supplies for awhile. I loved how this card turned out. I submitted this card over at 'Secret Crafter.' Their theme this week was distressing.

A really useful collection of antique-style timepieces for only $4.00. Consists of six clocks, pocket watch and modern wrist watch plus time related sentiments and quotations to embellish all your crafts. Great for scrapbooking and card making. Clocks include; wall clock, mantel clock, cuckoo clock, drum-head clock, balloon clock and director's clock. Individually drawn and unique based on antique styles.

Cross Hatched paper by Woofy World.
Description: 12 Chic Designer Papers for $4.50. Beautiful designs for your craft project. These would look great on cards, stationary, scrapbook pages or any project.

As the recipient of a "Halloween Boo" you have also been invited to participate in the game by Booing other neighbors who have not yet been Boo'ed.

Punched Monster Treat Box

I created a Halloween treat box to share with you today.

This idea came from two creative people. First, I created the punched monster out of SU punches. He is even cuter sitting on top of the box then laying flat. Second, I created the box out of one 12 x 12 sheet of cardstock. The lid is another half sheet. I created the Trick or Treat saying with my Cricut and the 'Celebrate with Flourish' cartridge.

Close-up view of my punched monster. I submitted this over at 'Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge' their theme was anything Halloween.

To create the little monster was from Paper Punch Addition, you will need the following Stampin' Up! punches: Ornament - head
Wide Oval - body and arms, 2 Step Bird - ears, 1" Circle - horns, Word Window - legs, Boho Blossoms - hands and feet punch body pieces in certainly celery except his horns in black.

1) clip the bottom off the ornament. Punch half of the wide oval. Line up the punch over the punched hole and punch the arm. Punch another arm. Cut one word window in half for the legs. Clip 2 of the petals off of the 5 petal flower from boho blossoms to create a hand. Clip between the petals to form fingers. Trim the large flower from boho blossoms to create the foot. Punch 2 wing pieces with the 2 step bird punch for the ears. Sponge the edge of all pieces with wild wasabi ink.
2) punch half of the 1" circle in black. Line up the punch over the hole and punch again to create a half moon. Cut the piece in half to form 2 horns.
3) Draw face onto ornament. Glue ears and horns onto head. Mount head onto body with dimensional. Glue on arms. Attach hands with dimensionals. Glue on legs and attach feet with dimensionals.

Circus Clown

It is time for another MyGrafico Challenge! This week's challenge #69 was to create a project with a 'Pop It Up' theme using the Joyful clowns stamp set by Delik and Circus paper pack by Cupcake Cuties.

Pop It Up - Add some dimension to your card or altered item. This can be done with foam adhesive, laying elements with chipboard, making your elements pop up from the rest of the elements, like rosettes, buntings, ect. just so long as it has a different dimension from the rest.

Front view of my card.
I stamped the black cardstock with a star stamp and Versamark. I then heat set with clear embossing powder.

Inside view of my card.
Did you notice I use the clown tent digital paper for the inside of my card?
