Sweet & Creepy

It's Halloween, a time for fun, a time for treats, for everyone! The eyes were created with circle punches and the nose was a punched heart. This card is easy to produce for a Halloween party.

Wednesday's Challenges I participated in: Creative Moments - #29 Halloween, Fab 'n' Funky - #191 Halloween, Little Red Wagon - #209 Halloween, The Paper Shelter - #135 Halloween.

Tip of the Week

I came across this great idea from Paper Smooches to create a 3-D effect for banners. First decide what length you want your banner to be. Next use a score pal and score each end of the banner. Notice the score lines are 1/4 inch apart. I really like this idea!

Boo Bites

Many of us has heard the saying, "Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat."  Today's project is a cute bag with a pocket holding the gift tag. Of course the Boo Bites (chocolate) are inside.

Trick or Treat

Today's card is called a "Flap Fold" card. I created this Halloween card using this cool fold.  I love the way this card came together using paper, stamps, glitter, a foam bat,  rhinstones & a embossing folder.

Challenges I participated in: Challenges 4 Everyone (s) - Anything Goes, Dream Valley Challenges (s) - #68 Halloween, Glitter n Sparkle (s) - #55 Halloween, Pile it On (s) - #42 Halloween.

Beware

I love anything Halloween. Do you have punches? Do you wonder what you could make with all of them? Well this post is for you. Start by gathering your SU punches: wide oval, large oval, small oval, scallop oval, circle, owl punch, modurn label & bat punch. The stamp set was SU "Halloween Bash".   To make the cut out on the card, frist measure in 3 inches from the right side. Next, measure down 1 1/2 inches from the top of the folded edge. You will be cutting off the right corner. This is a card I would not mass produce!

Challenges I particpated in: Crafting By Designs (22nd) - Anything Goes, Crafting For All Seasons (w) - #63 Too cute to spook, Penny's Paper Crafty (w) - #149 Anything Goes, Sisterhood of Crafters (w) - Anything Goes, 2 Creative Chicks (31st) - #7 Halloween

Spooktacular

Halloween is just around the corner. I enjoy many Halloween activities; carving pumpkins, going to haunted attractions and all the wonderful food (carmel apples, candy corn, etc.). Today's project has the scary season in mind. I created this reuseable treat holder out of a empty Crystal Light container. For added drama  paper and punches were used.  The spooky owl was created out of SU punches.

Challenges I participated in: 4 Krafty Girlz (Thurs) #3 Anything Goes, Moving Along with the Times (Thurs) Anything Goes, Sarah Hurley Challenges (Thurs) #85 Halloween, Crafty Creations Challenges (W) #242 Winged Things, Handmade Harbor (W) Halloween.
