Savor the Dark

I'm participating in bcdoule 52 weeks of Life Q's challenge. I have put my journal together with my old Christmas cards. I am very new to mixed media but this is a great way to give it a try. This layout is week #2: Are you afraid  of the dark?

Do you see my answer in the layout? Hint: Check the skeleton hat. I created the a background by using wax paper and Luminar in pearlescent paint. I used a old Halloween skeleton and painted it with the Lumiar for the ghost outline. I then drew the skeleton frame in with a black Sharpie. I sponged purple and black ink over the background. The flourish die cut was added to the left edge of the layout. The finishing  touches were a 3-d skeleton head and clear sequins.
