Spring Cleaning

I have started to get into mixed media. This page was created with water color pencils and paints. I stamped the swirls in permanent ink and did some Zentangle/doodling. What have you been cleaning?

Simple Things

We are on week #10 of LifeQ's art journal adventure. This week's question is "What is your favorite saying?" The background was created with black and yellow watercolor paint. I stamped the butterflies in black Stazon. Next I started layering on the pattern papers. I used white, black, and gold acrylic paints to add a distress appearance. Finishing touches were a paper flower and light blue ribbon.

Challenges: Hiding in my Craftroom - Anything goes (Sat), Crafts 4 Eternity - Anything but a card (Friday).
