This challenge consists of using Faith's (Designed2Delight) final digital image for February which is quilted birds. I added some dazzling diamonds to the wet crystal effects which gave the image a confetti appearance. I thought the sentiment "giggle" provide an instant smile. This turned out so cute!! I have never added Dazzling Diamonds to Crystal Effects--I'll have to give it a try. Love the sentiment! Your coloring is gorgeous!
