Punch Christmas Tree Bookmark Card

Here is a card that keeps on giving. What do I mean by this? I created this bookmark card at one of my community stamp club meetings. The Christmas tree was created using SU scallop circle punch.

Challenges I participanted in:
Allsorts, their theme was 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.'
Punched Tree Instructions:
1. Punch out one scallop circle and then cut into triangles starting with 5 , 4, 3 and 2.
2. Sponge the edges with white craft ink to give the appearance of snow.
3. Layer and glue the scallop pieces into a tree shape.
4. Cut a small tree trunk out of brown cardstock.
5. Punch out a small yellow star.
6. The base of the tree skirt was created by punching out one of the flowers from SU BoHo Blossom in red cardstock.
7. The tree base was created with pattern paper measuring 1 x 2 with the edges cut.

Card Instructions:
1. Cut cardstock at 5 1/2 x 7 and scored at 2 3/4. Fold on score line.
2. Use a perorating scoring tool down the right side of the card. This will create the bookmark.
3. Decorate the bookmark as desired.
4. Punch a hole in the top of the bookmark and add ribbon.
